Your unique feminine essence has always been with you - it’s not something to learn or acquire but rather something you ease-fully attune too.
Women have been Seers and Oracles for their tribes for centuries, by trusting their cycles of their bodies and feeling their emotions that emerge within them. Thus, drawing upon the knowledge of our Ancient Cultures we will learn to acknowledge our intuitive knowing inherent in our receptive nature.

In this 3-month sacred online Journey of EMBRACE HER we will cover the following:

Grounding techniques to cultivate well-being and embodiment.
Understanding the power of morning ritual and cultivating a practice.
Creating a Sacred Alter.
Week 2: Exploring the Ancient Mystery Temple dancing through Embodied movement.
Purifying and connecting with your Womb.
Week 3: Understanding our Moon Cycle, Moon Mysteries and Sacred Blood Ritual.
Week 4: Exploring Sensuality & Self Pleasure.
Month 2: Claiming your Power and Voice Activation.
Week 1: What are the Feminine Archetypes and how we can integrate them?
Week 2: Exploring & setting healthy boundaries.
Week 3: Toning with the vowels for opening up your voice. Mantra and Singing Medicine Songs.
Week 4: Meditations for claiming our feminine power.
Month 3: Aligning with your Intuition & Magic.
Week 1: What is the feminine intuition? Birthing our creative project.
Week 2: Cultivating our intuitive magic. Practical tools to cultivate your intuition.
Week 3: How to work with Spirit Guides, Astrology and the Cosmic Planets?
Week 4: Closing the Temple Doors. Official Closing Ceremony.
