Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the intimate nature of this training and the limited number of spaces available, the following policy is in place to honour both your commitment and the integrity of the container.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Your deposit secures your place in the training and confirms your commitment. As spaces are extremely limited, your place is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your participation:

More than 30 days before the training start date:
Any payments made beyond the deposit may be transferred to a future training or offered as a credit.

Within 30 days of the training start date:
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Transfers

In certain circumstances, and at our discretion, your place may be transferred to another participant if you are able to find someone to take your spot.

Non-Attendance

If you do not attend the training, any payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Accommodation & Travel

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation (unless selecting the Immersive VIP option).

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

In the Unlikely Event of Cancellation by the Facilitator

If the training is cancelled or postponed by the facilitator, you will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer your place to a future training

Minimum Participant Requirement

This training requires a minimum of 4 participants to run.

In the unlikely event that this number is not reached, you will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer your place to a future training

Final Note

By enrolling in this training, you are committing to the full experience. This container is designed to be held with clarity, respect, and mutual responsibility.
