Can you FEEL the collective pressures building?  A palpable volcano of frustration, irritation, and rage.

It can be frightening.


But this is an important invitation. This is a time that requires us to embody, own and even embrace our Anger.


Women have been denied their anger for centuries. But there is a great gift in being FIERCE. So, let’s release these old stories telling us to be sweet and pleasant, nice above all else.


Meeting anger with silence and complacency is no longer an option, it just doesn’t work.


When we do not acknowledge our rage, it gnaws at our spirit and our body.


Unprocessed, anger threads itself through our appearances, bodies, eating habits, and relationships.  It fuels low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, self- harm, and actual physical illness.


Instead, remember that our anger is a powerful aspect of our nature. It is a pearl of wisdom that faithfully informs us when something is not right. It leads us to act against injustice; refusing to settle for less than the change we know is necessary.

When we can be present with our anger and harness the impulse to act, it becomes an ally to our fierceness.


Anger is powerful. Anger is healthy. Anger is transformative.


If anger is calling you, myself and Maaike have put together a two-day workshop called Embodying Anger, where we will be providing tools that will help regulate your nervous system, own and connect with your anger.


By doing so, you will be able to transform the shadow of anger into a pearl of passion. This liberates a tremendous amount of energy in the body. Energy that was once congested, expressed as fear, resistance and illness can now be used to fuel our gifts, express our love deeper and allow us to step more courageously into what is truly right for us and the ones we hold dear to our heart.
