In 2021, we tread the razor’s edge past many perils towards an incredible future. Balance helps us keep rooted in this essential knowing.

 

This Astral Lounge event will calibrate you with your own balance. A full reset of the nervous system, DNA and cellular activity to help you stay tuned into your inner navigator.

 

We will use the most powerful Solfeggio frequency for self-healing – 528 Hz with brainwave entrainment frequencies that allow for the brain to find equilibrium. Equilibrium in the brain is its optimal way of functioning.

 

Experienced monks, meditators, and deeply fulfilled individuals show brainwave patterns of equal activity between both hemispheres of the brain. This state is our optimal flow, where the central column of the brain is activated, and our deep-seated creativity and higher mind step forth with ease.

This type of therapy is different to meditation, breathwork and transpersonal therapies.  However, it does have the potential to bring about detox symptoms for any deeper issues that may need to come to light.  As a result, it is best to allow your body to rest after a session and to keep hydrated before and after.
